Minutes from February 9 2008 Meeting

Called to order at 4:30 pm - adjourned at 6:45

Trails   Arnie reported that it is very hard to plow the trail heads as there is no where to put the snow. Asked everyone to help if they  see a spot that needs work with a shovel.

Old Business: Rally was a great success . Some of the problems were lack of rally signs on the trail so would like more for 2009. Make signs more noticeable. Al purchased new check point signs.

Children’s sledding day was discussed

Get the by- laws committee together. Dot Noble Cameron  Henderson  Kirby Weeks  will present recommendations at March meeting

A suggestion was made to scan a map of our trails onto the website

Get well card and flowers were to sent to Howard Delano

Sympathy cards were sent to the Merrill Family.
