Burnt Meadow Snowmobile Club

PO Box 412

Brownfield, ME 04010-0412

November 3,2011

Dear Members

Our next meeting will be on Saturday, Nov
ember 12th 2011 at the Brownfield

Community Center at 6:00 PM. Linda McKinney will be bringing Harvest Soup and I

will bring a dessert or two. We will have hot and cold beverages.

We had an okay year at the Fryeburg F
air; we matched last year's revenue. Wereally need to get volunteers to help, some days there was only one person. If we want to

make money for the club, we need 4 volunteers per shift. We have the potential of

doubling our money. Please consider making a day available for next year .....We have lots of t

rail work to be done, lots of trees down and brush to clear. Wehave two new members, Mike and John, who have gone out the past couple of weekends

clearing away the brush on the trails. As you know we have lots of miles of trails in

Brownfield that need to be gone over. A big THANK YOU to the guys ...

We had a great turn out for the Landowners Dinner on the 22nd of October.

We servedover 40 steaks and 30 turkey dinners. Great job to everyone who cooked,

served and cleaned up. The dinner was wonderful ...

We are close to turning the new map of our trail system over to the printers. We

still have some advertising slots available if anyone is interested. The information needs

to fit on a business card and the price is
40.00 a slot. Please call if interested and I will

give you a fax number to fax the business card to. 207461-1149. Deadline will be the

15
th of this month.

Next meeting will be our Christmas meeting on December lOth, 2011. Do we wantto have a potluck, a drink at the Burner or go out to

eat? Think about it. ...

Have a Happy Thanksgiving and hope to see you at the meeting.

Sincerely

Diane Burnell

Secretary
